Log Cabin 341 in Snowdonia

Positive: Location Negative: Our stay at Lodge Cabin 341 was absolutely unacceptable and completely ruined our holiday. Upon arrival, we found a pile of crumpled, mismatched bedding and had to make the beds ourselves despite a £120 cleaning fee. There was no toilet paper, visible dust everywhere, and yellow stains on the mattresses. The cabin was dirty, neglected, and unhygienic — we had to sleep in our tracksuits for sanitary reasons. Walls and ceilings had stains and streaks, giving the impression of long-term neglect. The accommodation was clearly not fit for purpose. I therefore request a full refund for the entire stay, including the cleaning fee, as the experience was distressing and far below the standards advertised

WET!!. It never stopped raining. Lovely spot though, if a little out of the way. Lovely and quiet. Positive: The property was warm and dry and the heating was more than adequate. Negative: WiFi. Dropped out a lot. Struggled to watch a movie of night.

Positive: The location was beautiful site was good nice and quite easy to find and get around plenty of things to do around the area the cabin itself was cozy and overall had what you needed Negative: The cabin itself could do with abit more upkeep with the woodwork and the interior could do with more of a clean with everything unfortunately the kitchen utensils plates bowls glasses cutlery was all dirty the kettle was caked in grime, some of the curtains were dirty along with some of the cushions apart from that it's a lovely place to stay

A lovely spacious 3 bed cabin in the heart of Snowdonia Positive: A lovely spacious 3 bed cabin in the heart of Snowdonia. A very peaceful location, comfy beds and sofas and everything you need. Great communication from the owners.

Once we were in, the cabin was fine, good location for what we wanted, and very quiet and peaceful. Positive: We had trouble receiving the lockbox code. Once we got it everything was fine. Negative: The only niggle was the mattress on the top bunk was very worn and the springs gave our daughter back ache. We swapped it for the lower bunk mattress which was much better.
